Online – but still personal

The online format gives us an advantage over traditional carpet shops, by allowing us to store a huge amount of readily accessible information on cheap carpets and flooring. We still operate a traditional retail carpet shop and still fit carpets for customers across the whole of Yorkshire, but Carpetncare.com allows us to bring our wealth of experience and (importantly) cheap carpets to the whole UK!

What we didn’t want to do was lose the element of customer service you receive in a high street carpet shop. That’s why we’ve added lots of interactive features such as the shopping wizard and blog posts that you can respond to – to re-create the friendly, helpful atmosphere of our shop.
